Ingredients: 6-8 eggs hard boiled eggs; 2 Tbsp mayonnaise; 2 Tbsp sour cream; 4 Tbsp diced pickles; 1 tsp dijon mustard; 1 tsp pickle brine; 1 tsp prepared horseradish; 1/2 tsp kosher salt; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp mustard powder; 1/4 tsp dried oregano; 1/4 tsp dried thyme; 1/4 tsp dried dill; 1/8 tsp black pepper; 1/8 tsp white pepper; 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Not sure what to say, I didn’t grow up with some inspirational origin story related to egg salad. I just got stoned and wanted to make one that was unique. I basically used the seasonings typically found in Cajun blends and used a mayonnaise and sour cream mix with some freeze dried dill to cut the heat. The horseradish is solid. I used horseradish pickles (Jersey Fresh brand) but you can use whatever pickles you desire.
